Ambassador Curtis Ward
Ambassador Curtis Ward is an attorney-at-law and international consultant with extensive international experience. He has travelled to over 30 countries professionally participating in dozens of conferences and meetings as a keynote speaker, panellist, and roundtable discussant as well as had numerous meetings and discussions with government leaders and other high-level government officials and non-governmental organisations. Ambassador Ward has also lectured and written on subjects related to global and regional security, terrorism and counterterrorism, weapons of mass destruction, intelligence and security, anti-money-laundering, international sanctions, human rights and rule of law and governance as well as on the roles of the United Nations, and other international and regional organisations. He has extensive knowledge of international standards and the requirements for the effective implementation of anti-money laundering and countering terrorist financing (AML/CTF) mandates, and implementation of multilateral and unilateral sanctions.
