Arnold Bertram

Arnold Bertram is a historian, teacher, journalist and former minister of local government, youth and community development. Bertram is also a consultant to the Ministry of Water and Housing and chairman of Lilly Field Farms Limited and A.B. Associates. In 1972, he held the position as director of Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation and National Sports Limited, he was also minister of state in the Office of the Prime Minister in 1976 and manager of the national track and field athletics team. Educated at The University of the West Indies, Mona (UWI), Arnold received the ‘Super Lion’ award from Chancellor Hall at UWI and has published 'A Mission to Reform', a biography of P.J. Patterson.
